Madrona Way IPA

ABV: 7%     IBU: 76

A Northwest style IPA with a solid malt backbone that supports the hoppy punch of citrus and pine. Madrona Way IPA was our first brew and our first collaboration with Bastion Brewing in 2018. Named for the scenic route we routinely drive on Whidbey Island. 

Honeymoon Pale

ABV: 5%     IBU: 36

Honeymoon Pale Ale is a dry, light-bodied ale brewed with locally sourced honey. It starts with floral aromas and a flavor of fresh baked honey-sweet biscuits, yet finishes crisp with a slight, lingering hoppy bitterness.

Ebey’s Special Bitter

ABV: 4.7%     IBU: 39

A classic London style, this brown ale is exceptionally well-balanced between biscuity, caramel malts and floral, spicy hop bitterness, with a scent of fresh baked bread and aromatic hops.

Coupeville Lager

ABV: 5%     IBU: 21

Coupeville Lager is Pilsner and Munich malt with a bit of Carafa malt. Haullatau hops. This is a nice crisp light ABV lager for an everyday beer.

Possession Hazy IPA

ABV: 7% 

Our boldest Hazy IPA, Possession was brewed in collaboration with Lazy Boy brewing in Everett, WA. This high ABV, dark amber ale is very hop forward with tons of character and ample body. Citrus notes blend with green resinous hoppy aroma, producing a true IPA drinker’s Hazy.

Whidberry Black Hard Seltzer

ABV: 5%

We have officially joined the hard seltzer club! Crafted right in our brewery with fresh fruit, these light and refreshing brews will change with every season and always maintain that nice and drinkable 5% ABV. 

Madrona Way IPA Imperial

ABV: 9.9%     IBU: 90

We took our flagship Madrona IPA and scaled it up to create this high-octane hop bomb. With huge body and ample alcohol adding a whiskey like finish, this Imperial IPA is sure to tickle the taste buds and warm the belly.

Farmer Dale’s Pumpkin Stout

ABV: 5.5%     IBU: 32

Made with over 300 pounds of locally grown pumpkins from Sherman’s Pioneer Farm, this creamy, full-bodied, slightly sweet milk stout has notes of clove, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg and has been described as “pumpkin pie in a glass.” Made with the aid of multiple Coupeville businesses, this stout represents the peak of Penn Cove Brewing’s commitment to craft, community, and collaboration. Oaktoberfest Marzen

ABV: 6.7%     IBU: 24

This traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest has notes of carmel and moderately toasted German malts with a crisp, dry finish, and beautiful amber hue. Strap on your lederhosen and raise a glass! Prost!

Saratoga Milk Stout

ABV: 7.2%     IBU: 20

A rich, complex milk stout that is udderly bovine!

Cedar Hollow Hazy

ABV: 5.5% 

Cedar Hollow Hazy is a collaboration with Crucible Brewing Company. This beer represents the haze coming from Juan de fuca and covering the bike trails of Cedar Hollow for all the bikers. Making it an exciting adventure, but scary due to the haze. This is a New England IPA with a NW citrus aroma and flavor and easy to drink. 

Captain Coupe’s Lager

ABV: 4.5%     IBU: 38

A modern schwarzbier, this jet-black lager named for Coupeville’s founding father will shiver yer timbers with rich, porter-like aromas of coffee and dark chocolate; but it’s surprisingly smooth flavor and light finish will put wind in your sails. One sip and you’ll say “Aye-aye, Cap’n!”

Admirality Head Belgian Red

ABV: 6.7%     IBU: 25

A robust red ale brewed in the style of Charles Quint Ruby red from the Haacht Brewery in Belgium.

Mussale Pale

ABV: 6.7%     IBU: 25

Brewed with Whidbey Island mussels*, citrusy hops, and bay leaf. Amount BiValves (ABV): 75lbs of fresh mussels from Penn Cove Shellfish. *Over 1,500 mussels were harmed in making this ale by boiling ‘em alive in sweet wort.

Chateau du Coupe Belgian Cru

ABV: 13.6%     IBU: 32

Belgian Quad brewed with in-house made Belgian candi.

TreeBeerT Porter

ABV: 6%     IBU: 22

Brewed with fresh crushed nutmeg and hand harvested spruce tips. TreeBeert Porter à la mode is topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream from Whidbey Island Ice Cream Company.

Blockhouse Imperial Brown

ABV: 11%     IBU: 25

A robust red ale brewed in the style of Charles Quint Ruby red from the Haacht Brewery in Belgium.

Bunker Rye Whiskey Stout

ABV: 12.5% 

This limited edition beer was a collaboration with Whidbey Island Distillery where we used oak barrel slats soaked with Whidbey Distillery’s Bunker Rye Whiskey.
