January 2021 Covid-19 Update

Despite our best efforts to maintain business as usual and navigate the operational and economic challenges presented by COVID-19, the recent extension of the lock-down period by State Authorities led us to make the difficult decision to temporarily halt operations at our Oak Harbor Taproom. Tightening our belts for the next short while will enable Penn Cove Brewing Company to push onward through the end of these challenges and into 2021.

Island Life

Our brewery and taprooms are located on an island – Washington’s largest, in fact!

Located roughly 30 miles north of Seattle in the Pacific Northwest’s famous Puget Sound, we are surrounded by stunning views of Mt. Baker, Mt. Rainier, the North Cascades and the Olympics. Whidbey Island is home to a prominent Naval Air Station, the famous Penn Cove Mussel Farm, and multiple whale species including Orcas and gray whales. Our Whidbey Island taprooms are currently located in Coupeville and Oak Harbor.
